Track set up

Hi Gents,

I appreciate conditions & tyres influence things, but I wondered amongst you running race cars either on track days or at races what bump- rebound, spring lb, and geo settings are you using?

Has everyone settled on something similar after all these years for given conditions? V interested to know, but don't see it cropping up much in conversations?

I might be wrong but as the scene is fairly small and owner/drivers aren't rubbing mirrors which each other every other weekend, that hopefully they're not closely guarded secrets!

I've seen the specs that are in issue  11 of the Ford Motorsport catalogue, but between all the prep firms out there (DJR, Eggenberger etc) there must have been a hell of a lot of expertise and experience gone into this area.

I'd love to know what you guys are running.
